The videos are just commercials for different products, some of which you have probably already seen on TV. After some of the videos, not all, they will ask you a few simple questions. You sign into the site with your facebook account and the information on that account has to be accurate to be able to receive payment. They will then ask you to verify a text message and ask for your phone number. For this I just made an account at pinger, they give you a free number that can send and receive text messages, it works fine for this.

Since you can get anywhere from 5 to 10 dollars every week (resets on Sunday), that means you are able to get about a dollar a day.
